1990 :started  trading in cement

1994 :taken dealership of Malabar Cements LTD

   2006 :taken dealership from ACC LTD 

  2009 :started our second  branch  at  Killimangalam

  2009 :starts to deals with Dalmia Cements LTD

  2010 :started our third branch in the name of Kochappan traders at Chelakkara

  2011 :taken dealership from Scot TMT,Malabar TMT,Bharat TMT,Steelmax TMT

  2011 :starts to deals with Bharathi Cement Corporation PVT LTD

  2014 :taken dealership from Indian Cement LTD

 2015 :taken dealership from  Penna Cements 

2015 :starts to deals with TATA TISCON & KAIRALI TMT

2015 NOV :started  our new shop for GI pipe,Roofing sheets,PVC Pipes,Hardware,Sanitaries in the name 

of Kochappan Hardwares at Cherthala

2015 NOV :started our new branch at Cheruthuruthy
